Here is sweet little Tabitha. She is a Halloween Baby (get it, Tabitha, the witch on Bewitched.) So of course, guess what she is dressing up for on Halloween -- A witch.
Her awesome mom...MADE this costume...isn't it adorable!! Doesn't Tabi just melt your heart.
