Our little guy ... Jake

Our precious third child, Jake. A smile that can truly brighten the room. The gentle spirit and sweetness not often found in a little boy that is two! Jake is just the one that melts my heart. He is loving and kind and a little cuddle bug. He is madly in love with his sisters...especially Katie - his partner in crime during the day -- and even more in love with garbage trucks (or any truck for that matter), Thomas the Train and Bob the Builder. He's all boy.

He is also my model!! The kid has lived on the backdrop since he was born!! And oh is he a photographers dream! Here's his birth announcement coupled with his 6 month shot.

Skip ahead to today. My backdrops were set up for a session. He comes up and says..."mama, I show you sad face -- take picture my sad face." Oh my goodness - look at those eyes...those puppy dog eyes -- What a cutey -- and to think ... he was just acting - just wanted to show me his sad face!! It was pretty hard to even take the picture with my hysterical laughing - this kid should be on tv!
