First and foremost, I want to thank you for all the wonderful clients that I’ve had over all these years! I can’t believe that I’ve been doing this for over 6.5 years now…it really has flown by! When I started …I only had 2 kids…and one on the way. I thought this would be my little part time job, before my kiddos went to school. I thought after all three kids made it to school…I can really make this thing fly! Well…I never imagined how quickly things would change, and for that…I owe a big thank you to all of my faithful clients…past and present!
With that, I have to say, I thought things would get easier once the kids got to school, but in all actuality, things have become harder. They just need me so much more after school, for homework, activities and just to be ‘present’. All the babies from 6 years ago, are now in school and need after school appointments and all of those after school appointments are becoming so difficult!
While thinking about how crazy my summer and fall were…I really took some time to reflect on what I really loved about my work. My love lies in the babies! It’s where I think my true gifts in photography lie. With that being said, 2012 will bring some big changes for Carrianne Photography. Of course, all scheduled appointments will be honored…but all future appointments will reflect the new direction of Carrianne Photography. That new direction being that I will be specializing in your baby’s first year (meaning newborn to age one).
Another change is that with evenings and weekends just becoming too busy for our family…appointments on the weekends and in the evenings will be available at a very limited number…and these bookings will be done through Facebook and the blog only (details for this booking system will be forth coming).
** I still have some work to do with the bookings for evening, weekends and calendar open times…but I wanted to get you all that information.
